Steps

Grind one cup chopped blanched spinach, two green chillies, small ginger, saunf, nutmeg powder into fine paste and strain

Mix one cup besan, one cup curd, salt half cup spinach puree without lumps
- 3
Pour the mixture in a kadhai and mix continuously on low flame till it thickens
- 4
Spread very thin on greased plate and cut into strips and roll
- 5
Make tadka with oil, mustard, jeera hing and spread on khandvi, garnish with fresh coconut gratings and serve hot or cold
