Ingredients

  • 250 gramsraw banana
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 3 cupoil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the banana

    Heat the oil in pan

    In a bowl mix salt, turmeric powder and 1/4 cup water. Keep aside

    Make direct laccha in pan with wafer machine. On fast flame cook for 1 min. Then add turmeric water and cook till crispy.

    Then serve it in serving plate
