Steps

Add oil and ghee put half onion's and fry it till golden brown colour, and remove on kitchen towel

Add dry masala and saute it, add Onion's saute it, add ginger garlic paste, saute it till it changes colour

Add tomatoes puree, salt, red chilli powder, and water little and saute it till it leave's oil

Add all veggie and cover it and keep on low flame till veggies r soft add gram masala

Add rice saffron milk water and cook on low flame

Keep it and keep on gas with low flame and cover the pan or cooker with kitchen towel and lid and keep some weight on it fr 10 min and put fry onions and serve hot
