Plate all ingredients before making balls

Heat a pan. put & fry oats for 1mins, once it turns coloured, transfer to blender make roughly coarse powder

Fry avisi seeds and sesame seeds as they just turn coloured, make rough powder - add melted ghee, grated jaggery mix well make round ball. coat with sesame seeds.

Take a plate. serve oats balls with a base.
