Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlBesan
  2. 1 ltrlassi
  3. 1/2 tspJeera
  4. 2-3Onion
  5. 4-5Garlic
  6. 1"Ginger
  7. 1/2 tspHing
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  11. 2-3Potato
  12. as requiredOil
  13. dry mango powder as needed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big pan add lassi in it than add besan add salt and blend it bowl for 20 minutes.

    Take frypan add oill,add jera,garlic and ginger paste mix it.

  3. 3

    Add onion,potato mix and cover it. After 7-10 min add salt, red chilli powder haldi powder and garam masala mix it well.

  4. 4

    Kadhi pakoda is ready to serve with chapati / rice.
