Wash and soak the chana daal over night.Again wash properly.Add greenchilli, garlic and ginger with the chanadaal and grind it(not fine paste).For tomato chutney...wash and cut the tomatoes, green chilli, garlic and ginger..add salt and mustard oil and grind it.

Add fine chopped onion, salt and soda with the daal paste.Mix it well.Then heat the oil in a pan.Then make a small ball with the help of palm and flatten it then deep fry it. If the bada is golden then take it from the oil.
