Ingredients

10rolls
  • 1 cupchopped small cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrot cubes
  • 1/2 cupchopped potato cubes
  • 1 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • as neededoil
  • to tastesalt
  • As neededtomato ketchup & soya sauce
  • 1 tsplemon juice- (optional)
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds-
  • 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  • 1large tomato (chopped)
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupgrated paneer
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 2 cupswheat flour (for making roti)
  • as neededoil/ghee (for roasting rotis)

Steps

    Rinse and chop all veggies finely.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Once it splutters, add ginger-garlic paste. Fry it until the raw smell of paste goes away. Then add vegetables and fry it well until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add paneer and mix it well. Then add, kashmiri mirch powderz turmeric powder,salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Atlast, add chaat masala and lemon juice for tanginess.

  5. 5

    Knead the wheat flour and make the dough smooth.

  6. 6

    Divide the dough into small or medium sized balls. Size of the balls depends on the size of roll you want to make.

  7. 7

    Dust the roll ball with some flour and make thin roll gently. Don't make the roll thick.

  8. 8

    Now, roast the rolls with ghee in a hot pan. You will see golden blisters on both the sides of the roti.

  9. 9

    Now, take a single roti. Spread some tomato and soya sauce in the roti.Place the mixture/stuffing in the centre.

    Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.

    You can wrap them with tissue paper/butter paper and serve hot.
