Kabuli chana or chana masala recipe

Soak 250 gms kabli chana overnight

Boil by pressure cooker cooking chana for about 5whistles and rest it aside

Heat the pan add oil,add bay leaves chopped onion sautè until golden brown,and next add onion paste golden brown then.add ginger garlic paste sautè 2mins and add chopped tomatoes sautè 2 mins. And add tarmaric paowder red chilli powder cumin powder garam masala and sautè 2mins. Add some water.

Add boil kabli chana into the cooked masala

Cook the curry until chana absorbed the masala.when the chana leaves oil at the corners, kabli chana ready to starved.
