Ingredients

6Bread slice
2 tspChoco-Chips
2 tspGhee/ Butter
2 cupVanilla ice cream or/ Chilled whipped cream
2-3 tspChocolate syrup/sauce

Steps

Take one bread, add half scoop ice cream or whipped cream.

Add some choco chips on it

Again cover with ice cream and put other bread slice on it

Press this slice little, now take cup or bowl and keep it on bread by correctly assuming where is ice cream filling

Now press it firmly and remove the sides of bread
Check all side of the bread is stick together.

Now in small nonstick pan take little ghee and shallow fry both side
7

Garnish with chocolate sauce and choco chips and serve hot ice cream in new avatar.
