In a large mixing bowl, add eggs and beat well. To it, add all the remaining ingredients except ghee/butter.

In a baking pan, apply ghee/butter at the base.

Pour the egg mixture in the pan and bake in pre heated (For four minutes) Air Fryer at 120°C for 7 to 8 minutes. Serve hot with toasted bread.

You can use oil instead of ghee/butter. Ghee/Butter gives a better taste to it.
