  1. 1potato mashed
  2. 1/4 cupgrounded peanuts
  3. 2 Tspalmond crushed
  4. 2 TspCashewnuts crushed
  5. 2 Tsproasted sesame seeds
  6. 2 Tspgrounded roasted gram dal
  7. 1/4 cupgrated paneer
  8. 2 Tspraisin
  9. 2 Tspmint leaves
  10. 1 Tspcoriander leaves
  11. 2 Tsphung curd
  12. 1Green chilli chopped
  13. 1 Tspchilli flakes
  14. 1 Tsporegano
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 2 tspButter
  17. 1 Tspchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put mashed potatoes,all nuts, paneer, salt,chilli, coriander leaf mash & mix it well.

  2. 2

    Add chat masala, origeno,chilli flakes,mix it very well.

  3. 3

    Make a ball or which shape you like.make a hole in the center.

  4. 4

    Fill it with curd,raisin,Green chilli,mint leaves mixtures in it.

  5. 5

    Now take seasom seeds & griended gram in a plate.spread it in these balls.

  6. 6

    Heat a pan put some butter let it hot.arrange these balls in it.

  7. 7

    Bake it all sides till golden.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with Green chuteny or any type of sauces.

  9. 9

    It can be keep in the school tiffin office tiffin,or bread,or bread rolls.

  10. 10

    It can be taken any time of snacks.

  11. 11

    It is full of energy.help in children 's growth & energy.
