Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp.oil
  • 1 lb.boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1-1/2 cupswater
  • 1 can(10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cupfrozen peas
  • 2 cupsinstant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cupReal Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done.

  2. 2

    Add water, soup and peas; bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Stir in bacon bits and cheese.

    For easier cutting, freeze chicken just until firm before cutting into strips as directed.

  6. 6

    Prepare using Grated Romano Cheese.
