Chicken meat pie
For them that don't take red meat, this a good health pie.
Steps

Wash, Pat dry chicken breast, cut into small Cubes

Wash and cut onion into fine cubes, fry till translucent

Add the milk, stir let it boil, add the 1Tbsp of flour stir continously not to stick, make thick paste, add a tsp of black pepper.

Add the chicken cubes, keep stirring, add salt stir and taste, the chicken should cook only 80%,put aside to cool.

With the 1 cup of flour add salt and water little by little as you mix to make a bit harder dough than that of chapati. On a dusted board roll it out to a thin size than that of chapati, I used a small bowl to cut the rounds.

Using water brush every round inside, scoop some chicken place at the Centre and fold, press the sides using a fork and place in a greased baking sheet,

Using the same fork make tiny holes on each folded dough

Beat two eggs, and use it to brush the uncooked pies.

In a pre-heated oven bake at 180 for 20 mins or till browned.
