We normally eat this ganthia from a packet never thought of making it till,this contest.I found I had all the ingredients already gram flour which I use for bhajia n spices n baking powder.I didn't have a machine for extruding so I came up with that shape

Put the flour in a bowl add salt n tumeric n chili

Add 3 tablespoon of oil to water and warm
- 3
Add the rest of the oil to the baking soda and put in a sufuria and hear it it fizzes

Add it to the flour immediately

Gradually add the water as you knead into a dough

Pinch a small ball of dough roll it in a floured surface into a snake

Curve into a snail

Fry in hot oil till golden yellow on both sides

Remove from oil wait to cool and garnish with fruit of choice
