Steps
- 1
Slice the tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and onions into rings.
- 2
Season the meat and make a space in the middle. Place a piece of burning charcoal on a piece of aluminum foil with a drop of oil on it, then cover the pot well to smoke the meat.
- 3
After 20 minutes, arrange them in an oiled baking dish in the appropriate order.
- 4
Prepare a cup of tomato juice with salt, pepper, broth spices, and tomato paste. Pour the tomato juice over the dish, cover it, and let it simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
- 5
After it absorbs the liquid, place it under the broiler to brown. Enjoy!
