  • Chicken(boiled)
  • Onions
  • Tomato paste
  • Blended red bell pepper
  • Red oil
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Cray fish
  • Seasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions in red oil

  2. 2

    Add the grinded pepper, tomatoes and allow to fry for 10-15mnts

  3. 3

    Add the boiled chicken, seasoning, curry, ginger, garlic and allow to simmer for 15mntes then add Cray fish and stir
