Healthy poha kebab

In a sieve place the beaten rice (poha) and wash for a few second. keep it aside.
Keep some poha aside, we will use it for coating later.In mixing bowl add all the ingredient and mix well. Don't mix hard else the material will become mushy. Leave a bit of crunchiness in it. - 2
Divided the mixture into equal parts and make kebabs. (or any shape you want).

Heat a oil in a pan, and dip fry.. brown in colour from both sides.

Poha kebab is ready to serve.
