  • 1 bowlbesan
  • as requiredSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tsp eachcumin and hing
  • 2 tbspoil

    Make a batter with all spices and besan,do not make runny more

    Heat oil and pour batter till thick consistency and pour on a greased plate,cut in square and serve as it is or with curd
