Pyaz ka Lachha Paratha (Layered Onion Paratha)

Add oil and salt to the flour, then knead into a soft dough.

Slice the onion and mix it with all the spices.

Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a large circle. Spread ghee on top, sprinkle a little dry flour, and evenly spread the onion stuffing over it.

Roll up the dough, then dust with a little more dry flour and gently roll it out again.

Cook the paratha on a hot skillet with ghee until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
