Steps

Crush the garlic into a bowl, add the butter and microwave for 10 seconds to melt into garlic butter.

Slice the bread, spoon on the garlic butter and place on a tray in the oven for 5-10 mins, or until toasted.

Peel the avocado, chop and add to a bowl with the olive oil. Mash until nearly smooth or to the consistency you like. Add salt and pepper to season to taste.

Meanwhile, Poach or fry the eggs 🍳

Once all the components are ready, layer up and add the fresh pesto and season with more salt and pepper.
