Ingredients

6 portion
  • 3eggs
  • 3/4flour
  • 3/4sugar
  • 3 tspcooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3 tspLemon juice
  • Jam(red plum)apricot

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk egg white and sugar till double in size

  2. 2

    Add and whisk egg yolk one by one

  3. 3

    Then lemon juice,salt and cooking oil

  4. 4

    Sieve flour and add,using spatula fold in occasionally using one direction

  5. 5

    On baking sheet spread grease proof paper and brush it with butter

  6. 6

    Spread your mixture all over on the baking sheet

  7. 7

    Pre heat the oven

  8. 8

    Using 180 degree bake for about 8 minute

  9. 9

    After its done remove grease proof paper and spread jam and roll it, cut your design of your choice
