Mix all dal and rice wash properly and soak 3-4hrs.

Take dal mixture in a jar add curd and grind without water. Take out in a big vessel

Now beat dal with hand till it change colour n feel light. Add chop methi and coursly crushed corn salt ginger chilli garlic paste asafoetida pinch turmeric powder and oil mix properly.

Now add eno pouch and 1tbsp hot water beat contiuously and pour in a grease plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder and sesame seeds.Steam for 7-10 mins. Take out plate drizzle n spread oil rest 2-3mins. And cut in to pieces.

Delicious dhokla is ready to serve with coriander chutney.
