Palak paneer

In first step we wash spinach meat and clean drain water and chopped roughly and blanch with sufficient water and salt

Now after cool we make gravy in grinder,then heat pan put oil and shallow fry paneer cubes and keep aside

Heat oil or butter in pan put cumin seeds and hing saute them then add ginger garlic and onions very thin slices,grated tomato, just fry for 5 minutes

Then add palak puree and cook just 5 minutes then add shallow friend paneer cubes and mix well ready to serve....enjoy with parathas.,naan.
