Add the lemon juice to the curdle milk.the milk should be hot at this time.

Turn off the flame and quickly pour the curdle milk over a strainer lined with a cotton or muslin cloth.wash under water to remove the lemony taste.

Squeeze the extra water.take a chena in a blender.pulse it 2-3 times until it turns smooth.

Add sugar powder,milk powder and dry fruits.and pulse it 2-3 times.it should look like cake batter.

Take a heavy bottom kadhai.place a metal stand add water for steam.then take a steal box and spread a butter paper and grease it..then pour a mixture and cover with aluminium foil..and steam it 40 min..

After it..cool it then store in freeze 2 hours..then cut into peaces and served it,sandesh ice cream.
