Boil milk till remain half quantity. Add condensed milk stir conuously on slow flame 7-8mins.

Soak cashewnuts in 1/4cup milk and churn make a paste.Add in a milk mixture. Let it cool on a room temp.

Pour in a mould. Set in a freezer for 10-12 hrs.Unmould and serve Yummy delicious kaju kulfi is ready to serve. Garnish with chocolate sauce and kaju
