Ingredients

  1. 2 kgmeat
  2. 1 kgStock fish
  3. 1 kgdry fish
  4. Egusi
  5. Achara
  6. Ukazi leave
  7. cubesKnorr
  8. Palm oil
  9. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the stock fish and meat with Maggi, pepper and salt. Pour water to the pot according to the size of the ingredient you are using and cook for 10mins before you add palm oil.

    The egusi after blending it with your blender you use your local mortal to pound it again for the oil in it to come out before you mould in pan form small small. You cut the achara with your hands 👐 and wash put in a bowl with the ukazi leave

    As the pot is boiling you put your crayfish with pepper and add the small offor(optional) to the soup before pouring the egusi stir together and allow it to cook for some time before putting the dry fish Maggi and salt.

  4. 4

    Achara and ukazi is the last thing to put in the pot before you carry it down. The achara don't need to stay long in the fire the taste comes well when is half Don.

  5. 5

    You can eat with eba, fufu or semo depending on your choice
