Take the flour in a bowl add chilli powder, garam masala and salt.Mix well. Add water as needed to get a thick batter.

Cut the onions longitudinally and separate out each rings.

Heat oil in a pan.

Dip the onion rings in the batter and place it in a strainer so that excess batter will drain out.

Fry the onion rings in the oil and have it with tea.
