Ingredients

  • 6egg yolks
  • .25baking soda
  • 1.5 cupflour
  • 1.5 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwalnut halves
  • 24 ozpineapple chucks (undrained)
  • 8 oz pkgcream cheese
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • 1 stickbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar, egg yolks, and flour. Beat to death or fluffy

  2. 2

    Add soda, pineapple, and walnuts. Stir carefully.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then at 310 for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile... Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat it!

  5. 5

    Frost while hot. Sprinkle with walnuts for decoration
