Ingredients

  • 2 c.All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp.Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp.Salt
  • 4over ripped bananas
  • 1 c.Sugar
  • 3/4 c.Unsalted butter melted
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 tsp.Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c.Chopped pecans

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.

  2. 2

    In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda salt, bananas, vanilla, sugar, eggs, butter and pecans together.

  3. 3

    Pour batter into the loaf pan and set time for 1hr and 15 minuets.

  4. 4

    Insert tooth pick to indicate if baked thru
