Heat oil in a pan.. Add ajwain and chillies and then chopped onion..Saute it till golden brown..

Now add patatoes and peas add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and saute it for 4-5 mints.. Once the patato and peas are cooked add water..

When water starts boiling add savaiya and cover it for 4-5 mints..

After 5 mints our hot and delicious namkeen sevaiya is ready.. Can serve it plain or with curd or tamato ketchup..
