Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrajma
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. 3Onions
  4. 4-5Tomatoes
  5. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. Green chillies optinal
  7. 2 tspRed chilli pow
  8. 1 tspTurmaric powder
  9. 1/2 tspCorinder powder
  10. 2 tspRajma masala
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. 2-3 tspOil
  13. 1 tspcurd
  14. as neededCorinder leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rajma overngt and boil rajma 5 to 6 whistle and when rajma is boil and becomes tender keep aside

    In mixer add onions, tomatoes and make fine paste of it then in pan add oil and all dry masalas when masala leaves oil then add 1tsp of curd for colour in gravy as your masala is ready then add in boil rajma with water as much gravy u want cook in slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes and serve with rice
