Ingredients

  1. 1large baingan
  2. 2tomato chopped
  3. 2onion chopped
  4. 4-5whole green chilli
  5. to tasteSalt and red chilli
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast baingan on flame and peel it and mash it keep asided
    Now heat oil add cumin,saute onion,tomato and chilli,add spices,cook for 5 minutes
    Add mashed baingan,stir and mix well,cook for 2 minutes.
