Ingredients

  • 1large baingan
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 2onion chopped
  • 4-5whole green chilli
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast baingan on flame and peel it and mash it keep asided
    Now heat oil add cumin,saute onion,tomato and chilli,add spices,cook for 5 minutes
    Add mashed baingan,stir and mix well,cook for 2 minutes.
