Chicken pepper soup with spinach

Wash and cut the chicken into pieces

In a pot add the chicken, ginger, garlic, salt, seasoning, onions, water and allow to cook for 15mntes

Add the grinded scotch bonnet and allow to cook until the chicken is soft then add your spinach and turn off the heat

It can be served with rice or masa
