Who doesn’t love noodles.Atta noodles cooked with lots of vegetables and garnished with cheese not only taste yum but are healthy too.It's also a great option for kids tiffin.Do try this recipe,it's super tasty.

Finely chop all the vegetables.Heat a heavy bottomed pan and add butter and oil to it.Add onion and saute till they become translucent.Add tomatoes,red chilli powder and a pinch of salt and fry till the tomatoes become mushy.

Add the chopped vegetables.Add salt,mix well and cover the lid.Let it cook for 2-4 minutes on low flame.Now add masala from the Noodles pack.

Add Noodles,salt and water.Mix well.Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.Transfer to the serving bowl and grate cheese over the top.Relish the yummy cheese Vegetable Atta Noodles
