Steps

Take a bowl put two types of dal wash with water thoroughly then soaked in water for half an hour

Put soaked dal to the blender with the little water along with salt, blend it and put to the mixing bowl.

Add the salt, hing, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chat masala, green chilli, ginger crushed,lime juice

Give it a good mix

Heat the pan add oil to the pan,

Add dal mix like a small dumplings to the oil,

Fry both sides in high flame of the oven,

Do all fry pakora in same manner

Tasty healthy pakora is ready serve with the hot cup of tea
