Ok, now it is time for another coloured fried egg. You can use food colouring or natural dyes like beetroot /red cabbage make a lovely red or purple colour, carrot make a beautiful orange colour, spinach makes green and make surprise your friends and family members with this gorgeous and colourful fried eggs.

Crack the eggs and put each egg yolks and egg whites in separate bowls or glasses. Add 1tsp cabbage juice to each egg white and beat it.

And now egg whites changes into the beautiful purple colour. Then add few drops lemon juice to one of the purple eggs and beat it. You will observe, purple colour changes into the brighter colour.

Heat the oil in a pan. Pour the purple egg in one side and pour brighter colour to the other side. Once the eggs set, add egg yolk, cover the pan and let to cook for 1 minute.
