At first wash the paneer very well then cut into small square pieces now marinade it with curd,salt, turmeric powder for one hour,take a pan add in the butter then the marinated paneer fry in this for 7minutes,now keep it in another plate

Now take a pan take one tbsp white oil add in dry chilli then the all sliced ingredients (onion,ginger,garlic,kaju,char magaz khaskhas)fry it very well till turns into brown colour then keep it for cool then grind and make a paste,then take a pan take one tsp oil then add the paste add and fry it now all dry masala (kashmiri chilli, turmeric,coriander,black pepper)tomato puree add and cook it very well till it turns into red,then the fried paneer and cook for 10 minutes.

Add water,give standing time for 6 minutes then garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cream,now it's ready to eat.
