At first boil the milk and make little thick,add in sugar as your taste,mix in one pinch keshar,elachi powder then keep for cool now take a mixer grinder,and grind all the ingredients (kaju,charmagaj,rose petals,pista,almond,poppy seeds,black pepper,caramom)grind it smoothly with the help of milk,now mix the milk and the paste very well and keep it to cool.

Now ready chilled tandai.Garnish with crushed dry fruits and saffron.
