Ingredients

  • 500 gmschicken
  • 1big onion
  • 4green chillies
  • 6/7cashews
  • 1/2 tspCumin Powder
  • 1TspPepper Powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tbspWhisked yogurt
  • 1/4 CupCream
  • 1 tspKasuri methi (dry)
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Step 1 : In a pan add some water add one onion roughly chopped, green chillies and cashews boil till everything become soft and remove from pan and cook down and make a paste.

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil or ghee then add chicken and fry for while in some salt and pepper.Then remove and keep aside
    In same pan add some more oil add the onion paste sauté till oil separate and ginger garlic paste sauté well, then add the all dry spices and sauté till oil separate.

  3. 3

    Then add the whisked yogurt and cook in low flame till everything gets along. Then add the chicken and cook for while Add milk and water and cook till done according to the consistency you want.

  4. 4

    Then add the cream in last and kasuri methi cook for while and garnish with green chilies.
