Then you mix your salad cream and ketchup together in a small bowl bring out your bread place one in a clean place then you spread your salad cream and ketchup mixture in the bread then u bring your cabbage and place by one side put your shredded chicken,Sausage and add pepper if you wish

Roll and close it enjoy your shawarma.
