Ingredients

10-12 servings
  • 1 cupwhipped cream
  • 1/2 cupchopped mango
  • 1/2 cupgrapes
  • 1/2 cuppomegranate pearls
  • 1/2 cupchopped melon
  • 1/2 cupbanana
  • some roasted and chopped dryfruits
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tspMix fruit essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chilled cream in a bowl and whipped till it becomes double.

  2. 2

    Now add sugar and essence.

  3. 3

    Now add all fruits and mix it slowly with spatula.

  4. 4

    Freeze it for 1hours and serve cool fruit cream and garnish with some chopped dry fruits.
