Wash your rice cook untill soft and set aside

Wash all your veggies and blend in a blender

In a pot add a little oil and pour d blended ingredients add your seasonings to taste and fry the stew

For the coleslaw cut and dice your cabbage carrot and cucumber arrange in a plate and add mayonnaise of choice
