Stuffed Grape Leaves with Lamb

Stuffed Grape Leaves with Lamb
Steps
- 1
Wash the grape leaves thoroughly.
- 2
Wash the lamb well, then boil it.
- 3
Wash the fava beans well and parboil them.
- 4
Chop the dill and green onions, wash the rice, then mix these ingredients with a cup of lamb broth, lemon juice, and a little salt. Use less salt because the lamb broth already contains salt.
- 5
In a deep pot, layer the fava beans with the lamb and a sprinkle of garlic powder and black pepper. Stuff the grape leaves and layer them over the lamb. Once done, cook until the grape leaves turn a shiny yellow. Then add 2 cups of water or more, depending on the type of rice. Before turning off the heat, drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of dried mint. Enjoy the aroma... Turn off the heat and let it sit for half an hour without removing the lid to allow the grape leaves to change color. Serve and enjoy... Bon appétit!
