Heat the pan with oil and splutter urad dal, chana dal, peanuts, red chillies, few curry leaves and saute till it turns golden brown and then keep it separately

Then in a pan heat oil add sesame, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, red chillies and pepper. Saute till it turns golden brown and then grind it well.

Now let us make that puliyogare gojju. Heat the pan with oil, splutter mustard, red chillies, a pinch of asafoetida, few curry leaves, pinch of turmeric powder then add tamarind pulp. Cook until it becomes a thick paste. Now mix the cooked rice with that paste, add the grind powder to it and sauted dals, salt to taste and the most important fenugreek powder(roasted and grinded separately). Now mix all the items until it combines well with rice, serve it hot
