Steps

Wash the managu thoroughly and separating them from the stock.

Boil them for 2 minutes.

Fry your onions in oil at medium heat until golden brown,add the green pepper and tomatoes and let them cook for 5 minutes.

Add the boiled managu and mix them well.Let the simmer under low heat for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy
