  1. 2 cupsRaw Jackfruit (fried)
  2. 1Bay leaves
  3. 3Cloves
  4. 1Cardomom
  5. 2Red chiilies (dry)
  6. 2Peppercorns
  7. 3 tspOil
  8. pinchasafoetida
  9. 1 tspGinger finelly chopped
  10. 1 tspGarlic finelly chopped
  11. 1 tspGreen chillies finelly chopped
  12. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  13. 2 tspTurmeric powder
  14. 1 tspCumin and black pepper powder
  15. 2 tspCoriander powder
  16. 2 tspChicken masala
  17. 1 tspGaram masala
  18. 1 tspCumin seeds
  19. 2 cupsOnions
  20. 2 tspCurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the jackfruit pieces.Heat oil in pressure cooker and add bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, whole red chillies, cinnamon,and asafoetida in pressure cooker.

    Then add onions,and saute till it becomes translucent. Then add masalas and cook untill oil gets separated.

    Then add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.

    Add hung curd in. And cook till 2 whistles.

    Then garnish it with onions rings.
