  • 1/2 teaspoonPhisi hoi Lal Mirch -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonKutta hoa dhanya -
  • 2 tablespoonGinger garlic paste -
  • 1/2 CupOil -
  • 3Tomato (Medium sized) -
  • 1/2 CupYoughurt -
  • 1/2 teaspoonKasoori methi -
  • 1Onion (Medium) -
  • For dressing:
  • Hara dhanya
  • Hara podina
  • Chopped ginger for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek Karahi main onion golden karain and uss mai Zeera add karain, and ginger garlic paste daal Kai mutton boneless add Kar lain. Ab halki anch per Rakh dain Kai wo half cook ho jai. Then add tomatoes, youghurt, LAL Mirch and Kali Mirch, kutta hoa dhanya daal Kai full cock Kar dain. Then add salt, phisa hoa Garam masala, brain, gurday and kassori methi or mix Kar dain. The dish is ready! Aap hara podina, hara dhanya and ginger garlic paste sai dressing Kar lain
