  3. 2 cupsDahi
  4. 10Pisi hari mirch
  5. half cupPisa dhanya
  6. half cupPisa podina
  7. 1/4 tspPisi jaifal
  8. 1/4 tspPisi jawatri
  9. 1 n half tbspKacha papita pisa hua
  10. 2Brown pyaz
  11. 3/4 cupOil
  12. 1 tbspLemon juice
  13. Salt as per your taste
  14. 2 tbspPisi lal mirch
  15. 2 tspGaram masala powder
  16. Yellow food color as req
  17. 1 tspKewra essence
  18. Chopped hara masala as req

    Meat me saray masalay add kar k dahi k sath marinate kar k 2/3 hours chor dein.

    Pateeli me oil dalien aur marinated meat ko dal lein.

    Rice ko boil kar lein.

    Meat k uper boiled rice ki layer dein.

    Uper brown pyaz aur hara masala aur food color dalien.

    Dhakan ko ache se cover karen k heat bahar na nikle.taway ko phele se garam kar lein.pateeli ko taway pe rakh k 10 min taiz flame pe cook karen.aur phir dum wali flame pe 45 mins cook hone dein.

    Pani ache se dry hojaye aur dum ajaye meat gal jaye to ache se mix karen.
