Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Carrots grated
  • Onions chopped
  • Beef diced
  • Grilled chicken breast diced
  • Vegetable oil
  • Oriental spices
  • Peas
  • Soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil ur rice and keep aside. Assemble ur chopped and diced vegetables and proteins.

    In a pot add ur vegetable oil. Put in your diced marinated beef and stir fry till brown and tender. Add ur grated carrots and chopped onions and saute.

    Add ur parboiled rice and spice to taste. Stir thoroughly to combine. Add stock and peas cover and allow to simmer

    Meanwhile scramble your eggs.

    Add your scrambled eggs and chopped chicken breast to the rice and cover. Allow to simmer and serve.
